Chinese New Year Dishes
Guests can heighten the spirit of the Chinese New Year with an array of auspicious dishes at award-winning YUÈ. New prosperous creations include Barbecued Spanish Iberico Pork with Mullet Roe on Ginger Jelly, Pan-fried Sea Cucumber Stuffed with U.S. Organic Pork, Steamed Turnip Ball with Minced Mangalica Pork , Braised Sliced Abalone and Miyazaki Pork Belly Roll, Deep-fried Scallop with Minced Spanish Iberico Pork, Yunnan Ham and Fresh Pear, and Honey-glazed Barbecued Miyazaki Pork. Symbolising luck and prosperity, the well-loved Fortune Chicken** is also back by popular demand.
In addition to this special menu, Executive Chinese Chef Lai Ching Shing and his team have also created a selection of luxurious dim sum and special dishes to bless the year ahead.

Chinese New Year Puddings
YUÈ is debuting the Yuzu and Custard Pudding. Glows with a festive golden-yellow colour, the combination of the citrus fruit's tartness and the custard's delicate sweetness makes this pudding a refreshing celebratory treat. Making the return are the coveted classics: the traditional New Year Pudding, Supreme Turnip Pudding and Mixed Mushroom Turnip Pudding. These celebratory treats are the ideal festive gifts for your friends and family, or business associates.

Celebrate in style with Executive Chef Eric Chan and his team at Garden Café with the delicious “Fusion Poon Choi” and decadent festive desserts such as Baked Sago and Lotus Seed Paste Pudding, Red Date Cream Cake and Chrysanthemum and Honey Panna Cotta. Guests who pay deposit can enjoy a "Sweet Treasure Box" (one per reservation; only 15 boxes are available each night) starring a mix of Chinese and Western desserts such as Crispy Peanut Dumplings, Dragon's Beard Candies, macrons and more.
